• Successfully managing the liquidation of Tasmania’s largest solicitor mortgage funds, involving over 40 borrowers and 300 investors;
• Effectively overseeing the trade on of businesses across diverse industries during administrations, while simultaneously seeking potential buyers for the businesses as a going concern. This strategic approach led to successful outcomes, notably for a plumbing shop, pizza shop, two pharmacies, arborist and a number of sectors within the construction industry;
• Demonstrating her adeptness in recovering antecedent transactions, including a significant preference recovery exceeding $500,000;
• Conducting in-depth reviews of companies’ financial positions to evaluate solvency, providing invaluable recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and profitability; and
• Facilitating the realisation of sufficient assets, thereby enabling the distribution of dividends to creditors.
